Alexandra E. Kejner, MD, FACS is an Associate Professor of Otolaryngology–Head and Neck Surgery at the Medical University of South Carolina, with clinical and research focus in head and neck oncology, microvascular free flap reconstruction, salivary gland disease, and transoral robotic surgery. She completed fellowship training in head and neck surgery and microvascular reconstruction at the University of Pennsylvania. Within the American Head and Neck Society, she serves on the board of the Reconstructive Section, Board Member of the Salivary Gland Section, member of the AAO/AHNS Microvascular Committee, and 2026 and 2027 Program Organizer, with over 80 peer-reviewed publications and multiple active clinical trials.
