I am the Director of the Department of Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery at Saitama Cancer Center and a member of the Japan Society for Head and Neck Cancer. I previously participated in the 5th and 7th World Congress of the International Federation of Head and Neck Oncologic Societies. My clinical and academic work focuses on complex head and neck reconstruction, with particular emphasis on tracheal reconstruction following oncologic surgery. I collaborate closely with head and neck surgeons and other specialists to achieve safe reconstruction and optimal functional outcomes. Through clinical practice, research, and education, I aim to advance reconstructive surgery in head and neck cancer.
