I am a postdoctoral associate at the University of Calgary, Canada, working in the Bose Lab at the Arnie Charbonneau Cancer Institute. My research focuses on head and neck squamous cell carcinoma, using genomics, transcriptomics, chromatin accessibility, proteomics, and spatial omics to understand tumor aggressiveness and metastasis. I am particularly interested in how multi-omic data can uncover clinically meaningful biomarkers and therapeutic vulnerabilities. I did my PhD. under Dr. Shirin Bonni at the University of Calgary.
