Carrie Service is a Senior Clinical Dietitian with the Head and Neck Surgery unit at the Royal Melbourne Hospital, providing nutrition care from the pre operative period through to long term enteral feeding management. She played a key role in the implementation of ERAS+ within Head and Neck Surgery, which has since been adopted locally across other surgical units. Carrie has a strong interest in integrating research into her clinical practice and has contributed to the literature through a number of peer reviewed publications. She leads the surgical dietetics team and supervised an Honours student in 2025 examining nutrition related outcomes associated with ERAS+.
