Dr Claire Paterson is a Clinical Oncologist in Glasgow, UK and Honorary Clinical Associate Professor at the University of Glasgow. Supported by an NHS Research Scotland Senior Fellowship, she leads and delivers head and neck cancer research and contributes to national and international multi-centre studies. She is co-founder and co-chair of the multidisciplinary Glasgow Head and Neck Cancer (GlaHNC) research group. Dr Paterson is an Associate Section Editor for the International Journal of Radiation Oncology, Biology, Physics, has published widely in peer-reviewed journals, recently completed a research MD, and contributed to regional, national and international head and neck cancer guidelines
