Emma Charters is a Senior Speech Pathologist and Team Leader at Chris O'Brien Lifehouse, Sydney, with over 15 years of experience in head and neck cancer rehabilitation. She completed her PhD at the University of Sydney and is the co-inventor of Restorabite™, the world's first regulated-force, ARTG-registered trismus rehabilitation device. Emma has led six national clinical trials and has expertise spanning dysphagia, trismus management, facial nerve rehabilitation, and TORS outcomes, contributing to evidence-based practice at both national and international levels.
