Dr Frances Graham is the Optimal Care Summits Project Manager at Victorian Integrated Cancer Services (VICS), a statewide cancer improvement network. Since August 2023, she has led the VICS Optimal Care Summits program, delivered through North Eastern Melbourne Integrated Cancer Service (NEMICS) at Austin Health. Her work analyses tumour-specific patterns of care, experience, and outcomes, identifying unwarranted variation to improve cancer care across Victoria. Frances holds a PhD in public health from the University of Otago, New Zealand specialising in environmental epidemiology, and is committed to equitable, high-quality cancer care.
