Dr. Hanpon Klibngern is an Assistant Professor of Otolaryngology–Head and Neck Surgery at Chiang Mai University, a major referral center in northern Thailand. Board-certified in 2015, he completed the IFHNOS Global Online Fellowship with honors and a visiting fellowship at Memorial Sloan Kettering Cancer Center in 2018. In 2025, he completed advanced fellowship training in head and neck oncology and reconstructive microsurgery at Chang Gung Memorial Hospital, Taiwan, and qualified as an IFHNOS International Fellow. His academic and clinical work focuses on advanced cancer resection, free flap reconstruction, and functional outcomes.
