Jinsu An is an MSc/PhD student in Dr. Pinaki Bose’s laboratory, studying spatial transcriptomics and tumor microenvironment biology in head and neck cancer. His research investigates malignant cell states, immune-stromal organization, spatial heterogeneity in oral squamous cell carcinoma, and spatial determinants of immunotherapy response in recurrent/metastatic HNSCC.
