Professor Sadeghi is currently the Chair of the Department of Otolaryngology-Head and Neck Surgery at McGill University. He is the director of the McGill Head and Neck Cancer Program and a senior investigator at the Research Institute of the McGill University Health Centre. He has pioneered Neoadjuvant Chemotherapy and Transoral Robotic Surgery (NECTORS), and conducted Phase-II trials of NECTORS. His research focus includes cancer biology, HPV carcinogenesis, circulating tumour DNA (ctDNA), and patient-reported outcomes in head and neck cancer.
