Professional Bio
Nivedita Kaorey is a PhD candidate in Pathology at McGill University, with a background as a Dentist and Oral and Maxillofacial Pathologist. Her research investigates how circulating tumor DNA can transform treatment response monitoring and recurrence prediction in head and neck cancer. Working under the supervision of Dr. Nader Sadeghi and Dr. Julia Burnier at the RI-MUHC, and with a prospective cohort of over 300 patients with paired plasma and salivary samples, she is building the evidence base for ctDNA as a standard surveillance tool in head and neck oncology.
