She is currently a DBT BioCARe Women Scientist at the Department of Oral Medicine and Radiology, Sri Ramachandra Institute of Higher Education and Research. Her research focuses on developing a salivary microRNA (miRNA) panel as a non-invasive diagnostic tool to predict malignant transformation risk in oral potentially malignant disorders. Her work emphasizes early detection, precision diagnostics, and improving patient outcomes through accessible, biomarker-based screening strategies in oral oncology.
