Rachel is a Highly Specialist Physiotherapist at Guy’s and St Thomas’ NHS Foundation Trust in London. She has advanced postgraduate training in clinical research and advanced clinical practice and has held research fellowships funded by the South East London Cancer Alliance (SELCA) and NIHR. Her research spans surgical and non-surgical head and neck oncology pathways, with a focus on treatment-related morbidity, rehabilitation outcomes and survivorship. Her current work investigates radiation-induced neck fibrosis, its functional impact and opportunities for earlier identification and targeted rehabilitation. Rachel is passionate about strengthening the evidence base for head and neck physiotherapy and embedding rehabilitation throughout the cancer pathway
