Dr. Rohaizam bin Japar, MD, is an Otorhinolaryngology–Head and Neck Surgery Specialist and Head and Neck Surgical Oncologist at Pantai Hospital Kuala Lumpur. He completed his Head and Neck Surgical Oncology Fellowship at Maastricht University Medical Center and Memorial Sloan Kettering Cancer Center and was IFHNOS Board Certified in 2019. He serves on the CORLAMM Research Grant Committee and the MSO-HNS/CORLAMM Executive Committee (2025–2027) and was Honorary Secretary of ASHNO (2020–2021). A dedicated clinician with extensive experience in complex head and neck oncology, he has published widely in peer-reviewed journals and contributed chapters to head and neck oncology textbooks.
