Yuki Saito, MD, PhD is an Associate Professor in the Department of Otolaryngology–Head and Neck Surgery at the University of Tokyo. He graduated from the University of Tokyo Faculty of Medicine in 2002 and completed his otolaryngology training there, becoming board-certified in 2007. He subsequently trained in head and neck surgical oncology at the Cancer Institute Hospital in Tokyo. His clinical and research interests focus on head and neck cancer and thyroid cancer. He was a visiting scholar at the University of California, San Diego (2017–2018). He has more than 100 peer-reviewed publications and is actively involved in several Japanese oncology societies and the Japanese Clinical Oncology Group (JCOG).
