Dr. Sadeghi is currently a professor of Otolaryngology-Head and Neck Surgery, and a professor of Oncology at McGill University. He is the Chair of the Department of Otolaryngology-Head and Neck Surgery at McGill University. He is the director of the McGill Head and Neck Cancer Program. He is a senior investigator at the Research Institute of the McGill University Health Centre. He has pioneered Neoadjuvant Chemotherapy and Transoral Robotic Surgery (NECTORS), and conducted phase-I and Pahe-II trials of NECTORS. His research focus includes cancer biology, human papillomavirus (HPV), circulating tumour DNA (ctDNA), and patient-reported outcomes in head and neck cancer.
