Ashleigh is a mixed-methods researcher at The University of Sydney and fellow in Survivorship (Financial Toxicity) with the Clinical Oncology Society of Australia (COSA). Her areas of interest include investigating financial burden and supportive care needs of people affected by cancer through a policy lens. A research affiliate at comprehensive cancer centre Chris O’Brien Lifehouse, much of her previous work has explored the survivorship needs of head and neck cancer survivors and their caregivers. She is managing editor of Health Literacy & Communication Open and an active member of the Multinational Association of Supportive Care in Cancer (MASCC).
