I am a PhD researcher at the Netherlands Cancer Institute in Amsterdam, The Netherlands. I studied medicine in Utrecht from 2014-2021, after which I worked at the Head & Neck oncology ward for six months. I was then asked to continue as full-time researcher at the Head & Neck surgery department by prof. dr. Van den Brekel, on a public-private partnership grant. I am now in my last year of full-time research and hope to be have my thesis finished soon. Furthermore, I live with my girlfriend in Rotterdam, enjoy playing football and squash (and sports in general).
